We’re very excited spring is in the air! This week there are a few notable events in Westchester County that we wanted to remind everyone about that are fundraisers and benefits with live music from local bands. Please try to attend and support these wonderful causes!
The first is for a “Search for a Cure for PLS” this Sunday, February 25th at Pete’s Saloon & Restaurant, 108 W. Main Street, Elmsford, NY. There is a $20 donation with three rock-n-roll bands performing Slick Trixie, Rattlin’ and Class Action starting at 3pm. The food at Pete’s is great! Bring the family and have a Sunday Funday!
The second is a Fundraiser to Benefit My Sisters Place on Wednesday, February 28th at Hudson Grille, 165 Mamaorneck Ave., White Plains, NY. My Sisters Place provides services for victims of Domestic Violence and their children. Please come and show your support. A donation of just $40 includes appetizers and 6 Raffle Tickets with one of the best bands in Westchester, FDR Drive, performing from 7-10pm. FDR Drive plays all your favorite hits and popular dance music! A good friend of FDR Drive lost a family member to Domestic Violence. This Benefit is in Memory of Toni-Ann Murray.Please come help us raise money and celebrate Toni-Ann memory! ALL PROCEEDS from event are going to My Sisters Place.
The third is on March 4th there is a Benefit for the Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation at Tarrytown Music Hall in Tarrytown, NY. Performing will be Oak & Ash and a unique opportunity to experience Rock Legend Jon Bon Jovi in the intimate setting of the Tarrytown Music Hall, and to support the mission of the Flood Sisters Kidney Foundation. Jon Bon Jovi & Friends will perform a 45 minute set.
Tickets are $175-$500 – Premium $1,000. *Premium Tickets include a pre-show reception. There will be no Meet & Greet with Jon Bon Jovi.
This is just the start to a new year of fundraisers that we will be promoting in Westchester and Fairfield Counties! We hope to meet you at one of the many upcoming events!
